Nathan Howard - Vocals and Rhythm Guitar
Nathan brings his life and perspectives to the stage and openly resonates them through his driving vocals. He has a unique writing style and presentation that takes you to a different place with every song.
An experienced songwriter, he shows how the rawness of lyrical writing can expand into a richness only possible when laced within a six-stringed groove. His complex guitar rhythms and progressions create a tonal foundation that sets the sound of Revence apart.
Bryan Parmenter - Lead Guitar
The second founding member of Revence is lead guitarist, Bryan Parmenter. Bryan brings the emotion and mood to the group’s sound. Classical to blues, metal to Americana music... his lead guitar delivers diversity to counter and compliment Nathan’s rhythms.
Bryan brings his racecar driving intensity, flavored with a melodic touch to his solos. When his guitar is talking...people listen. It’s a push/pull of string bending and tones that are as subtle as an anvil or as intense as a Sunday sunrise.
Matt Kury - Bass
Matt Kury has been labeled the “marbles” of the band. He takes his old fast guitar fingers and adapts it to the band’s low-end. His Victor Wooten-ish slap, pull, and squeals leave listeners with a different style of rock rhythms. His warm tones compliment and often contrast the flow...creating a “neo-flow.” The energy Kury brings to the band’s performance must be experienced to be understood.

Chris Snider - Drums
Chris is a talented, multi-faceted musician with skills ranging across percussion, guitar and bass. The texture he brings to the sound of Revence truly reflects his broad experience in having played every instrument in the band. His approach to percussion focuses on doing what’s right for music and from his perspective, it's all about dynamics. He’s as comfortable driving the band like a Mack truck down the highway as he is laying back, filling the background with his subtle ear candy.
Chris has performed with numerous bands in the St Louis area including Broken English, Rock Bottom, Bad Monkey, Perpetual, and Jump the Shark.
